Is there an automated way to post ig posts?

Hi everyone

I know that there are bots out there for a lot of stuff, but to be honest, all I want is a way to set up automated posts.

3-4 posts a day. I can upload images and hashtags on say a weekly basis, but I just don't want to have to remember to do it every 4 hours or so.

Is there an easy way?

Ive been looking around myself I found previewapp but they are in beta because of instagram API

I use facebook creator studio to automated post on ig. Just link a bussiness ig account to fb creator studio.
Might help

yes. you should googling by request 'instagram posting schedule'.
there are many useful online-services available.

I would suggest then using Sprout Social Instagram publishing tool. Basically you pre upload your post to Sprout Social and then it sends you a reminder/notification when you need to post. If you are going to automate post, you can try to purchase some scripts or maybe code your own. But, using Sprout Social will keep you 100% legit and you dont have to worry about being shadow banned or banned. Also, it seems like with your volume of 3-4 post a day, sport social could work for you. Given that, 3-4 post a day will saturate your content and your followers feed so don't forget to monitor your engagement rate. Might want to consider spacing your post out.

Get yourself a decent proxy (for posting you better use residential or mobile), and get the bot for free.
