Definitely go with a very generic and simple website. The simpler it gets, the harder it is to get detected due to not being unique enough. I've had some past experiences with this. The more complicated and flashy looking sites would get suspended easily.

I second what yakuza said. Google definitely can't detect your MAC address, unless you are using their software (Chrome etc.)
