It depends on a few factors.
- The quality of your content
- How frequently you upload
Another thing to keep in mind is timezones. If most your subscribers are GMT+1, try to upload around 7-9pm their time, which is tough if you live in like GMT+5 .
The bot itself is working properly - it is the tags you are liking and what you're commenting. Try to target an audience with the same kind of content as yourself. E.g. if you upload a lot of fitness related stuff, use fitness related hashtags.

The thing I am currently doing is to post comments on different hashtags with a link to my account in it (e.g. "Check this out enternamehere") - thats a bad example. You usually want it to seem like it's an actual person writing it. Hope it helps :)
