Anyone have recommendations for a rotating proxy site and/or traffic bot that uses them for 'organic traffic'?

I haven't used them, but I heard they work well for this type of thing to boost 'organic traffic to said page'. Would you recommend a rotating proxy site or a traffic program for this type of thing? Thanks!
