I've been meaning to try out Spamzilla for a while now. Could I please have a discount code as well? And you guys doing any big promos for Black Friday / Cyber Monday?
I'm the creator of the Keyword Inspector. It's down for a while and I haven't paid too much attention to it because I've been focusing lately on my SEO consulting. However after reading your message and seeing that people find the tool useful I have instructed my development team to fix the...
Just went through it and it definitely has some good info when it comes to getting out of link related penalties...especially Penguin. I've gotten a link penalties on a few of my sites over the years and it would be great if I can reverse them. Seems like it wouldn't be too hard to take this...
We'll look into the discrepancy in # of search results.
There are a few reasons as to why you are seeing different URLs than when in your browser. Google has moved to "personalized search results" which means there is a good chance the top 10 URLs you see are different from what I see. This is...
Glad to hear you guys like the tool. I'm always on the look out to create new tools that help SEOs so if you have any suggestions or ideas don't hesitate to PM me.
Thanks!
Thanks Scritty! If I could speed up the tool to pull all URLs in about 1 second and allow users to paste in up to 100 URLs I would consider placing a price tag on it. It would basically be like a limited version of SEcockpit but be much cheaper than $97/mo.

There are many ways of analyzing keyword competition but the most effective way is to look at the front page of Google for a keyword and see how strong the ranking webpages are. By strong I'm referring to how many backlinks there are to each webpage along with the quality of those backlinks...

All the free keyword competition tools I find use irrelevant metrics and seem to be pretty inaccurate. IMO if a tool doesn't analyze the the URLs on the first page of...
Neither...I would get an SEOmoz Pro account. It has a keyword tracking, link data, campaign manager, and a bunch of awesome other stuff. It's $99 a month but they do have a 30-day free trial.
I recommend it to anyone serious about SEO.
Thanks everyone for all the suggestions. I will start writing today and have some quality articles in the near future.
I want to focus more on the "how to do it" and less on the "what to do" with this my blog. There is too many general tips and suggestions and not enough step by step results...
With white hat SEO it's best to focus on creating content that will get shared on Facebook, Tweeted on Twitter, Stumbled on StumbleUpon, and Up Voted on Reddit. If you can accomplish that then you are likely to get natural links to your pages and get good rankings as well as good traffic.
You can Google it but make sure you are not logged into Google. I like SEO Book's Rank Checker. You can enter both single and bulk keywords per domain.
