Shinjiru is a shitty webhosting and after that i used Virtualine for more than 3 Months and never got DMCA or any issue with them if you are doing some sponsoring for shinjiru i can confirm that they are jokers and they need to remove DMCA ignored sign from their Hosting

Shinjiru sent me notice to take my website down even that my website has DMCA Complance, when i asked they said we got DMCA Takedown , they even didn't check if was that fake or not !

it's not offshore hosting and scamm , they are not DMCA ignored , even with fake DMCA they will put your website down stay away from them , have 5 plans with them and their support are not even reading my documents that proves that i am owner of the content !
