Looking for DMCA ignored hosting

Hey everyone,

I’m currently using Shinjiru, but I recently received a DMCA complaint not like what they promote !!

I’m looking for a reliable DMCA ignored hosting provider that truly protects content and doesn’t take down sites easily.

Shinjiru is one of them and to be honest they are no DMCA Ignored , they scam people with false advertising
after i paid them 300$ now they are sending me FAKE DMCA Complaints

Hi,

Please check that DMCA Ignored doesn't mean that you can do any Phishing, Scam, Fraud or Spam. That are forbidden in most hostings even Offshore ones, don't compare DMCA Ignored with Phishing websites, is not allowed and you will be suspended.

However, if your website is legit and you don't do anything illegal like Spam, Fraud, Phishing, your website will be online with one of these:

alexhost.com (hosted Torrent Galaxy and Z-Libraby looks like in the past_)
theonionhost.com
serverastra.com (hosted ThePiratebay currently)
nicevps.net (good stuff and privacy stuff you should check)
ava.hosting
1984.is

Check them and read their rules, most of them are really dmca ignored.

Shinjiru sent me notice to take my website down even that my website has DMCA Complance, when i asked they said we got DMCA Takedown , they even didn't check if was that fake or not !

BuyVM and ntx.ru(possibly a follower of 2x4.ru) both are DMCA ignored and cheap

there is no service in the world where i can register a domain that could possibly contain phishing and not get the domain suspended ?

Actually its more about where your server is hosted, so Bulgaria, Switzerland and Vietnam have good open source policies, so rather than a company, kindly make sure to get a server hosted in any of the above countries.

For short time yes, but won't resist since it will get abuse from ICANN, Netcraft, Spamhaus and will be marked as fraud or suspicious by Google and you're done.

Do your research on focus on finding a provider with good reviews or recommendations. Problem I've found over the years is that no host (somewhat understandably...) will resist the police and court orders for a few hundred euros, however, some offer slightly more protection for not as great hardware (Private Layer for example) or others offer good hardware, but you're at the behest of becoming a police officer's problem.

Lowk3y provided some good examples, and I'd always recommend (from personal experience) any of the Ecatel variations (Novogara, IPV etc.,)

What is in Green, is TRUE. None hosting provider will do so for few euros. Only PRQ.se and Cyberbunker and Novogara did that.
Novogara now is a little restricted against such things, but still a good to go.

Privatelayer seems to be the "high datacenter" to do things like PRQ.se, Cyberbunker.
Depending on the content, if is warez it will be more safe. If the intention is doing DDoS, Spam it will be hard and probably only servers with 500 EUR - 3000 EUR.

my friend used for long time this: ava. hosting . but also there are some options for even better hosting than dcma, that ignores everything.
