Check with your webhost too, if a company catch you doing that they can just report to your hosting company and shut you down the faster way. Better get some offshore hosting.

I started out with blogspot, but afterwards I change to wordpress and I never looked back. You have so many constraint with blogspot, with wordpress the sky is the limit.
