500 is too much if you've never done it before. Buy like 20 first and figure out the limits, how proxies work on ig, everything about phone verification and re verification. If you mess those things up you might only end up with 10 of the 500 bought accounts.

Depends on what your goals are. Starting from zero and spamming CPA offers on hundreds of accounts is becoming harder everyday, Instagram is really changing a lot right now. If you have a couple of big accounts you can still post a CPA offer targeted to your niche every now and then, but right...

well one week and two days have already passed, so i'm not so sure about that. paypal support doesn't help at all. all they do is send faq's.

A paypal payment i made was canceled, it says the funds have been added too my account, but they haven't. i payed using a credit card through paypal. how long does it take until the money is readded to my cc? it's a prepaid cc if that matters.
