Even free proxies have faster speeds. Regardless whether it's a residential proxy or not it is definitely not worth paying money for that quality. By checking who's the ISP of your proxy (https://www.whatismyip.com/) you will be able verify if the proxy is truly residential.

I saw they are pretty popular here, so I sent a message to them with the same question on their fanpage, but no response yet. I will try and find out tomorrow.
