Will foreign phone numbers work when creating an account in the US?

My plan is to buy European SIM cards in bulk to register a few hundred facebook accounts, then farm them with US 4G proxies.

Will these accounts get banned because of using foreign phone numbers for verification?

Nope.

More important thing is the method of creation of account/fingerprints,IP/

Do you already have the proxies? How much did you spend on them? This seems like a lot of money to me.

I will use my SIM card as a 4G residential proxy. Not a lot - $20/month. Currently I need to figure out how to get cheap disposable US SIM cards for account verification.

if you can keep all your ecosystem around that European number (IP, documents and such) you should be fine.
