So let's say you want to rank a comment. You buy 300 likes. And then you buy another 100 or so comments underneath it. It seems like a very obvious way to make it look "credible", but does it rank and would youtube catch this / delete it?

Good update: I ended up just deleting my new gmail with the ad account. I submitted an appeal explaining the situation and told them I removed the new account. They lifted the suspension in like 6 hours after submission. No new credit card needed.
