You have a dedicated server... and you don't know how to use it ? Is it Linux, Windows ? Is it in your home, or in a Data Center ? Do you have a Control Panel like cPanel, or Plesk ? I'm guessing you don't know Shell Commands ? Why did you get a dedicated server instead of a shared account...
