I have 50K emails and they are NOT BOUGHT. My AR closed me down for dumb reasons and so I re-verify my list again and took out all bad emails. But now I can't seem to find any AR that can import 50k emails. Any recommendations on AR or bulk mailers?

I'll like to do bulk emailing and I know I need a mail server setup. Anyone here offering this service? I assume it's one-time payment only for mail server setup with rotating IP address and then I'll only pay for hosting right?
