When you create a paypal for your business then it would be tied to your identity. Wouldn't LE be able to trace the money to the transaction on localbitcoin?

That's awesome you got a good setup, but that still feels risky to me. If for some reason your ad network gets busted your info will be end up in the hands of LE.
