Can using ad networks be traced back to you?

Hey all, I'm planning on starting a movie streaming site and I know how to buy the domain and host off-shore, but what i'm worried about is actually making money without being caught.

For example if i'm working with an ad company and they get raided, then my actual real info would be tied to them. After their logs are seized they could easily trace that site X was being operated by me.
