Keep in mind, adsense is not set up to pay huge, huge dividends. I might consider putting an email sign-up on your website and capture the addresses of some of those visitors.

I find that when you have few high PR sites in your niche, they usually are no-follow. Everybody who knows IM-ing is coming for them and they know it. The low PR sites really don't do a whole lot (at least not what you would like them to do).
