Banner Ad Exchange: is it worth it

Has anyone ever tried Banner Ad Exchange. It says they'll do 1000 impressions for like 5 cents. If anyone has any experience with banner advertising, is this a way I should look at to get the word out about my ebook? Is there any software or shortcuts I can use to get banner ads up BH style? Let me know . . . .

i know it's provide some thousand impressions but one important point , it's not generated real traffic because it's displaying very short time ads just like few sec that's not good.
