Yes, i did it, but not work, i tried to reach them, ask them reason, but no response from them. Now,every day, i create new account, send message to Account manager untill i can make approval, i dont have any choice :P

I am the same with you guy. I am new here. I start with mobile app. But I got big trouble, it hard for me when i tried to make my account approved from ads network because i am living in Viet Nam. Now i am very stuck. Anyway, where are you from? maybe we can do it together.
