I'm currently wondering what settings to use for tweeting. I've got 7,000 followers and the account is a few years old (just for reference). But if someone could provide me some good settings to use that would be great!

I think it might be 1,000 per day, but I may be wrong.

I've just paid for the 1-license Twitter program, and have received a payment receipt from Avangate Customer Service but not actually got the email with the download link and login details. My email of reciept was received over 3 hours ago.
