FollowLiker Settings for Tweeting

I'm currently wondering what settings to use for tweeting. I've got 7,000 followers and the account is a few years old (just for reference).
But if someone could provide me some good settings to use that would be great!

It depends how much you want to tweet each hour. Assuming you would want to tweet 2 times per hour, 24 hours per day. You would put 48 daily tweet limit and then for delay tweets you would put 1800 seconds to match 30 minutes.
