At what rate do you unfollow? I have always thought that following & unfollowing in the same day is a red flag for the ban hammer.

To me, what stands out is the following.. "Unfollow after 0 days." Maybe you're following them, but not giving them enough time to follow back before you unfollow them? Just a thought.
