I actually solved the issue by increasing the number of users to scrape. Another "fix" for when FL runs out of users to like photos from is to stop tasks, open wizard uncheck follow, check scrape users and leave everything else as is. Suggested permanent fix from support is to uncheck follow...

Thanks for your answer and detailed explanation! However I don't quite understand why FL won't like more photos than follows... To me it doesn't really matter if it will pick photos from users I'm not following as soon as my daily like limits are met. I don't get why FL will stop scraping photos...
