Can't comment or write captions

Hello, since yesterday I can't comment or write captions to my newly uploaded photos. I've been using FL for the past few months.
Is this a temporary ban? Everything else seems to work fine.

By "rest" you mean no following, unfollowing,etc.? 24hrs have passed and now I can comment via Instagram app but FL still can't comment.

FL is slightly buggy sometimes, it might be because of your comments, how many different comments do you have?

I have 10+ spintaxed comments, there are thousands combinations.

Should I stop tasks completely or slow down a lot? And how long? (days/weeks/months)
