Damn, thats unprofessional. Godaddy does some really weird things at times. I've always had bad experience with them. Good thing you moved. Also there are chances of your account being compromised, go to msconfig and see if there are any suspicious startup registry entries.

I wouldn't suggest godaddy. Instead go for a Russian or Honk Kong VPS from WRZhost.com or similar offshore hosts possibly away from where you live.

Yeah, thats the one thing that bothers me. The competitor site has been around for 4-5 years and is a PR4 site. I think i'll land up at number 2 spot even with good seo, since the competitor site is old and highly active.
