I just want to say that my Paypal account has been restored thanks to the documents I purchased. Seller was very responsive and did everything that I asked, and I received my documents in the time frame that I paid for (1-2 days). Documents are top notch quality and I would not hesitate to do...

Doesn't matter...you are "covered" by Paypal's buyer protection whether the seller has his bank account open or not. Although, Paypal can always come up and say your transaction isn't covered.

No way around it...I have heard of people "getting lucky" and the page going away, but this has never happened in all of the accounts I have created.

Spend some time searching on ebay and see what sells good....there is also a website that compares Amazon and Ebay prices on certain items so that you know how much profit can be made by selling on one platform compared to the next.

It's all part of the game...and ebay doesn't punish non paying bidders anymore. You used to get restrictions...not anymore. Sure, if a seller has it set up to where bidders with more than 2 unpaid items within 12 months can't bid, then you can stop them that way. Otherwise, it's a crap shoot.

It will always show who you made the payment to. When you receive a payment, it will always show who it is from. Only exception is business accounts...it will show the business name instead.

You cannot use one bank account more than once. You need a different bank account for every Paypal account.

Why not just sell things that you have?? That's a better way to "test the waters". Selling something then refunding will result in negative feedback and ultimately a restriction from ebay and paypal. Not to mention your defects will be through the roof!!
