create new one and forget about the old one. change slug of all post and try also to change txt description

even if you change domain name you will be hited with dmca. and there is new rules for dmca down and stay down. so if you make redirect 301 or sub domain the penality will follow your domain name. the best aproche is to change the whole domain name and forget about the old one.

Try add 30% video and 20% picture and optimize your content well. human touch is needed always,
