I think the answer is easy, as long as you stay within the boundaries of law and ToS you are probably not gonna banned. I've given them some load but they never seemed to care just becase of that.

Try vultr, also if you are trying to run Windows on it I have a tip for you. normally VPS providers charge extra license fee for windows guests, but you can avoid it by creating a vps with custom OS option and uploading your own ISO.

Is there a reason not to use services like vultr or amazon lightsail? I've been using GreenCloudVPS like many years ago but now I migrated everything to big cloud providers. I wonder if there is any reason to stay, my experiences with GreenCloudVPS weren't excellent though, they sometimes had...

I don't think it is very smart to hold coins at this period of time... maybe start stacking like after about a year. Everything is too hyped I think just like how it was in 2017... I'd suggest stacking during 2022-2023 and see if we could catch the train in 2024 or something.
