no target price for now
but it should have like 1gb ram
i wanna run an app in it
so i can control them from my laptop

I've used @DamoHG windows vps, quite amazing and top support. I used jarvee on it, worked well

You can try witth OVH, DigitalOcean, Vultr or Linode. I prefer the last one.
(You can also try Upcloud, but I can't vouch for their customer service)

Try vultr, also if you are trying to run Windows on it I have a tip for you. normally VPS providers charge extra license fee for windows guests, but you can avoid it by creating a vps with custom OS option and uploading your own ISO.

What is your goal in terms of IG marketing here? Are you trying to set up an automation tool like Jarvee? Could be easier to explain if you could be a bit more specific since based on requirements, both hardware and software solutions differ.
