Oh okay, But i have been searching and i cannot find anyone who can say if PPD / CPA issuing non-working programs or nothing is illegal and can create problems also i have yet to find anyone who has got in trouble for using CPA networks.. Just seeking more info on everything, the legal side...

i get delivering a real working hack / app / movie would be illegal but why is it okay to deliver nothing / a non working program okay? I am a bit confused. I saw an article of a spanish guy who got arrest for selling a fake whatsapp spying application today in the news I do not do CPA / PPD...
