Cheaper to get accounts tbh. It's true that most account sellers are useless, but for my last Yahoo Answers linking campaign, the only two sellers I had luck with are from seoclerk & Fiverr.

What are your results from this?I would be concerned that 99% of these would already be spammed to death and the ones which are not spammed to death already will soon become so. Of course it is still an EDU/High PR/GOV link, but would it be worth it if there ends up being 2k outlinks to porn0...

Yep, seems like Google is using some other metric to pass page relevance and ranking juice. I think Matt Cutts alluded to this with his cryptic Christmas Press Release post.
