GSA will not give you results. It used to be work for tier 2 and tier 3 backlinks. If you are interested in building high quality backlinks i suggest you to outreach website owners and provide them content in exchange a mention on your money site.

If your content is high quality don’t worry about the keyword density. Use your keywords where it makes sense. Don’t forget to include lsi keywords. Also add images optimised with alt tags and relevant filenames.
