For creating a new ebay account I was going to use a virtual mailing address and I know you need a new IP. Does the IP have to match the city that mailing address is in?

The ip address is also to a different computer that isn't at my house. So if I deleted the cookies, flash cookies, and history do you think it would be okay?

I was wondering if I signed up for a merchant account with MerchantInc for processing credit card for a stealth eBay account would I be able to use all My real information for it or would eBay be able to find out that info.
