Are you looking to open a new company or for redomiciliation? In the second case it'd be easier to open an offshore company, say Dubai and open a bank account that accepts accounts in EURO? I might be able to help with some more info if I know more details. Where are you currently based in Europe?

You can always open an offshore bank account if not a UK one, that is considering you have the necessary documentation.

If you're looking for outside the US then perhaps the UK - that is if you really need to use Stripe. However with this option along come the taxes.

I've dealt with a company which handles such cases in the past more or less. Can recommend them if you're still interested?
