Yes they have been tested. They are private and new. Is there a different format for proxy:pass you use when pinging? Because when I look at the ieframe window...all it has is the proxy and port, not the proxy, port and Password.

It works with public proxies. The only time I get the error in the image above is when I use Private proxies.
