No Sh*t Sherlock?!

Get a well known Blogger to write a story about you. Do something offline like producing a documentary film related to a certain cause and then contact the Blogger who is interested in that cause. Upload your film and then do some PR in FB, etc. This is hard work but the payoff is good.

How is the quality of these mobile sites? I would imagine the owner would want their logo attached, and other bells and whistles, revisions etc.

One of my clients blogs once per week and has incredible ROI for his services. You must hire a highly educated person to write if you don't have the skills required. If you have poor English don't bother. People will dismiss you as an idiot.
