I think that has more to do with you using the word "Olympic" in the name rather than you using the logo. I mean google the Olympic logo and there's literally millions of results and I doubt most of them have permission to use it.

I'm asking because half the time I can't find the images that I need from stock photos. I'm not cheap, I'm willing to pay for the images if they're available for sale. And contacting independent owners for permission is time consuming and a lot of time they'd just ignore you.
