@accessted, can't help you with any call blocking options other than what you mentioned and maybe using an IVR answering system that requires a caller to "Press 1 for Sales", "Press 2 for Support", etc. It won't stop live telemarketers but will send robocalls to your answering machine. So many...

@Lunatic Call gave you a good suggestion about creating a small PBN network. For local seo, you can get away with a smaller, less expensive network.
