Hi.. where you find domains for PBN? And where did you find keyword for your sites.. you just found keyword for some program and added PPI?

Any idea why the program isn't starting? I open the installer or whatever it is, I allow it for windows - HDD makes this loading sound like usual but nothing opens up. My PC is fairly decent with 8GB Ram, FX6300 etc. The program just isn't opening.
