3 cents under some kind of a long tail keyword ?

Is there any quality PPC networks that you can can buy ads for 1 cent per click? I know that most of the big ones are far too expensive for most. But maybe there's some new smaller PPC network that is still cheap to advertise on and actually delivers good results??? Or am I out to lunch?

What some people do is just vlog in their car as they drive. so that saves you time and allows you to do continuous content. Because I think its' going to take a while to get any traction. You should just buy an aged blog.
