I would say to focus on prospecting and actually getting in contact with clients. Also, figure out how exactly you'll help them, not just something vague.
Like a client pays for your service, what are the next steps? Do you ask what theyre goals are and move from there? I'm curious because i want to start an agency. And how did you build your porfolio?
