What a great method. I live in a large city in the US and I can think of many, many places to pick up books from. I'm going to have to look into the Amazon sellers API to see if I can automate some of the discovery process.

I find that if I build backlinks and the keywords start dancing, it is a good sign. If they didn't move at all I would be a tad worried. Although this is usually before I reach the first page.

I have noticed that some of my PBNs are slow to show up in GWT. I am not convinced there is a correlation though.

I have seen positive rankings in the past 24 hours. A lot of it is from rankings lost on Sept 29th though.
