If it's a business with a physical location and clients that are geographically nearby, I'd say focus on Google Maps/Local. For an online business, or one that has a broad/global customer base, organic ranking would probably be better. It just makes sense.

The data centers are in US & Canadia. I signed up and so far, so good. Customer support (billing & technical were contacted) is easy to work with as long as you get through the long hold time. I called on the weekend, though. We'll see how they do for the rest of the year...
