I haven't used them, but after a quick Google search, they look shady to me. I've dealt with shady people in the past...sometimes you can't quite put your finger on what's wrong, but you know that something is. That's the feeling I get with these guys. Be careful if you decide to move forward...
Using public wifis is the safest. Have you tried using your mobile data (4G, etc.)? I think it's really hard to track the IPs you get from mobile connections because they're basically all the same.
ALWAYS separate your accounts. Even if they don't care right now (which it seems they do), they will care eventually and you'll be screwed when they start cleaning up their accounts. Plan for the future, people.
