What would be the best ad provider?

i currently own a moviesite that gets around 3k new visitors a month. How can i monetize that as efficiently as possible? I currently do not run ads because i cant find a good provider. Does someone have a good recommendation?

Paypal fucked as in chargebacked? Because buymeacoffee uses paypal business i believe so you can still get fucked over if someone decides to chargeback. But i am not really sure
