Agree with Tyman, I'd say having around 900-1k followers total would look more appealing - at least at the start anyway. Besides that, organic is always better because bought followers are BS followers.

Google is a bit of a meanie to all of us sometimes.

Blogger for quick link indexing (in other blogger blogs comments). WP for a better, more customizable site.
