Oh ok. Send me a sample for tech niche please. If they are from 2010, I dont expect them to be relevant with 2019? Things change inside a year, let alone 5 10 years. I think they'd be ok with web 2.0s but not money site content as i dont want to take that risk with me though thanks

I wouldn't suggest to change that. That's the best way how a page should be optimized. Tbh it doesn't matter so much for rankings. However, yes if you wanna change that, you should do that from your theme as mentioned here.

Actually it depends a lot on the niche you are in. For example at blogging/digital marketing, guest posts are very common, but if you own a website in a niche, i.e horse racing, I doubt you can find many guest post targets, at least for free. The most useful search query to find guest post...

The most important ones are reviews. The best way to get more of them is asking your listeners (if you have a legit biz) to leave a review. I saw some big influencers giving some giveaways for people who left just a review on their iTunes.
