My web 2.0 footprint is growing rather large. Does anyone have advice for account registering and management (tumblr, twitter, etc). Should I be picking up Yahoo verified emails to register these or is there a better alternative? How many Social account are reasonable for a single email...

Oddly Satisfying, Most Satisfying video on the internet, etc. How are these super clickbaity vids making so many views? Many of the accounts I look at are less than 6 months old and are averaging 800k+ views on daily/weekly videos.
