Advice on managing lots of Web 2.0's

My web 2.0 footprint is growing rather large. Does anyone have advice for account registering and management (tumblr, twitter, etc). Should I be picking up Yahoo verified emails to register these or is there a better alternative? How many Social account are reasonable for a single email address? Halllpp

If your concern are the emails, you can use almost any provider.
As for how many social accounts/web2.0's platform: you can use 1 email to register 1 accounts on an infinite of different platforms.

As for management, excel is your friend.
