No idea man. I added the card (yes, its european) and it was added directly without doing anything like 3DS. Maybe it's just the card issuer which requires force-3DS.

Why does Portugal forced you to use 3DS? In germany it was added directly without verification CREDIT CARD and also PREPAID CARD.
